Mission Update....I have women and Men waiting on tents

Greetings,

HELP!

Just returned from running an errand…the people were talking about how a blizzard was coming for next week….wow, we have no blankets, coats, hats, and so on to give out!

I have women and Men waiting on tents 2 women and about 2 or 3 men…I found 3 man tents at Wal-Mart for $29something and tax…I would like to raise some funds before Tuesday for this but also ongoing….

Talking with my wife last night I realize today how bad the winter holiday slump hit us….we generally do not pull out till tax checks start coming in!

If fact she was worried the account was about to be overdrawn….

What can I say more people and less money…sounds normal as we run on FAITH!

We also need food stock!

With the Hebrew word Ish and Isha ((איש – אישה, i.e. man and woman), one comes closer to an age group. In the biblical story of creation, Adam and Eve are presented as man and woman, or adults. Whether 18, 27 or older I don't know. But I understand from the Hebrew Bible text that Adam was neither a baby nor a child nor a teenager. At this point I would also like to refer to the interpretation in the Jewish Midrash Breshit Raba, which assumes that Adam was 20-years-old when God created him. The reason: 20 years is the beginning of adulthood, until then man grows.

When Pharaoh's daughter pulled Moses out of the water, she opened the reed basket and saw a child inside, Yeled (ילד) in Hebrew. "Then Moses' sister said to Pharaoh's daughter, 'Shall I go and call a Hebrew nurse to suckle the infant (ילד) for you?'"

Mission update.....Nicer today

Greetings ,

I pray everyone is well?

Today it seems a little slow but of course it is in the first week of the month, it will change by Friday!

We are still well into the winter slow down because of the holidays, we do not pull out of this till income taxes start coming back for people!

So we could really use you help on some things, One I have web site and other work to do here at church but this computer is so old it barley crawls, maybe you have one that you have replaced? Your old one might just be better than this one!

Still needing blankets, hats, gloves, warm things, and tents, Wl-mart has 3 men tents for only $30 bucks…well $29 and some change plus tax…..

I need to go get first aid stuff also!

Another critical point is that, despite Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread being distinct festivals, they were commonly grouped together and simply called "Passover." Thus, when the gospel writers mention "Passover," it can sometimes refer to the Passover sacrifice itself (Matthew 26:17; Mark 14:12), the day when the sacrifice was made (Mark 14:1), or the whole eight-day period of Abib 14-21 (Passover plus Unleavened Bread; Luke 22:1).

In actuality, then, there were really two Passover observances happening at the time of Jesus: one led by the priests at the Temple and the other observed by the people in their homes. These separate observances were also at different times: The Temple-kept Passover was observed late in the afternoon of Abib 14, while the home-kept Passover was kept at the beginning of Abib 14. As the gospels show, Jesus and His disciples ate the Passover in a home rather than at the Temple, observing it the evening before the priests did at the Temple. In other words, Jesus kept it as Abib 14 began, while the priests kept it as Abib 14 ended.

It's only as the high today 25% at night it's been 7% or lower! I have a great need for 3 tents more really! But 3 would help for Friday they are $29 and some change from wal-mart plus tax…

So $100 would get 3…$200 would get six! And so ON!

Mission update..Big day

Greetings,

A very big day it was warmer so more showed up needing food and well everything….We had received a donation of blankets and hygiene for some Mennonite lady and her daughters…they belong to a group that makes quilts ..so we had many to give but not enough for all…we badly need blankets and I have people badly needing tents! Just please watch the videos!
